Whitesboro/Pilot Point Home Health, Inc. and Marshall County Home Health, Inc. have provided excellence in home care in the Texoma area since 1992, and A.L.L.Care Home Services has provided non-medical in-home services since 2008. The agencies have always been family owned and operated with traditional Christian values, believing that everyone deserves the chance to remain independent in their home as long as they have the desire to do so.

In 1992, Amy Jones-Goedecke opened Pilot Point Home Health, Inc. in historic downtown Pilot Point, Texas with a goal of providing the best home care in North Central Texas.  To do this, she would have to build a staff who truly cared about the people they served and who shared her desire to keep people in their homes as long as possible, giving each patient a sense of independence, dignity and comfort through any illness and even to their final days.  She started by bringing her sister, Kimberly Massingill, alongside as co-owner and Assistant Administrator.  Kimberly now serves as Administrator of Marshall County Home Health, which is also owned by Amy and was founded by their mother, the late Lora Lee Jones.  Close friend and business colleague, Patti Witt, joined the agency as Business Manager, a position she continues to hold today (for both agencies). A remarkable nursing, therapy, home health aide and support staff soon followed and though employees have come and gone, the longevity and loyalty of current staff is something that makes the owners very proud.  In fact, Debbie Mitchell, CNA, was the first home health aide hired in 1992, and she remains on staff at present.

In the early years, following the quick growth of Pilot Point Home Health, a branch office, Whitesboro Home Health, was opened in Whitesboro, Texas.  By this time, both the Marshall County and Pilot Point offices had developed reputations of providing excellent, compassionate care, and we were proud to serve such wonderful towns and surrounding communities.  As the turn of the millennium grew closer, many factors, led the family to combine both Texas offices at the Whitesboro location (in the spring of 1998).   At that time, the names were combined and the agency became Whitesboro/Pilot Point Home Health.  Although we serve (and always have) a fifty mile radius of the office, the names of the two towns will always be a reminder of those first months and years, in the early 1990’s, which made the agency capable of becoming what is now – one of the longest standing home care agencies in North Texas.  In the spring of 2002, the office moved to its current location at 401 E. Main near downtown Whitesboro.  MCHH has been located at 203 E. Main in Madill, Oklahoma for over two decades when Lora Lee began the family’s home health venture.  Lora Lee attempted to retire in 2002, and Amy took ownership of the Madill agency at that time, however her passion for home care would bring her back to work in 2007 when she joined the staff of the Whitesboro agency as office manager – a position she held until she passed away in the summer of 2012.  The same set of values and compassion that guided Lora Lee to a career in nursing and home care still remain, and her memory is honored every day as we provide care to those who need it.

In 2008, an additional division of the company was added.  A.L.L.Care Home Services, managed by Margaret Goff (Jones-Goedecke’s aunt), specializes in non-medical, in-home services.   Examples of the services provide by A.L.L. Care are: private caregivers and companions, sitters (including overnight and 24 hour care), transportation to and from appointments, errands and housekeeping.   It was apparent (to the Texas and Oklahoma agencies) that there was a need for services which could either compliment the traditional home care already being provided or help clients who didn’t necessarily have a medical need, but still required a little extra help around the house.  A.L.L.Care helps meet those needs, and has been a wonderful addition to the family business.

We are a family of services guided by a tradition of excellence for over twenty years, and we look forward to twenty more.
