Margaret Goff

Margaret serves as Director for A.L.L.Care Home Services. After after 30 years in the mortgage industry, Margaret joined the Whitesboro/Pilot Point Home Health family when A.L.L.Care was being established in 2008. Though very different from her prior work, she enjoys the change of pace and different working environment. Placing caregivers with clients to help them in their homes is fulfilling, and she enjoys knowing that such services help people to remain at home. Margaret is the mother of Leigh Ann and has several nieces and nephews, of whom she is very proud. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, entertaining and reading.

Michelle Jones

Michelle JonesHas been a part of the agency since 2003, and currently serves as Office Manager for Marshall County Home Health.  She is the wife of Greg, and proud mother of three grown children – Dr. Summer Kirby; Brittany Fox-Hill (who recently graduated from nursing school as an RN); Peter Fox – an Army Ranger on tour in Afghanistan; and also has a step son, Joshua Jones who is in the army and has served in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Michelle also has three grandchildren whom she dearly loves – Paige, Cole and Duke.  In addition to spending time with her family, she enjoys horses, reading and serving our Savior in her church (she is the pastor’s wife) and community.  When asked her thoughts on home health, she stated, “The biggest benefit of working in this industry is making a difference in people’s lives.  I enjoy making a patient’s world a little healthier, a little safer and a little better.”

Amy Jones-Goedecke

Amy is owner and CEO of both agencies, as well as Administrator of the Texas office and Assistant Administrator of the Oklahoma office.  Amy is married to Chris, and they have twins, Anna Kate and Christian.  She holds several degrees, including a Bachelor of Nursing from East Central University, a Bachelor of Arts – Psychology and Sociology, and is currently working to become a Nurse Practitioner through Graceland University.  She is passionate about the home care industry, has served on numerous committes and the Board of the Texas Association for Home Care and Hospice, and she also spends time lobbying on behalf of the millions of Medicare beneficiaries who desperately need home care services.  She states, “I am proud of the services we provide and the staff I have at both of my agencies.  Home care is such an important part of the health care industry, and I am honored to have been in the business for over twenty years.” She also enjoys spending time with her family, especially watching Christian play baseball and Anna Kate dance.

Kimberly Jones Massingill

Administrator for Marshall County Home Health and Assistant Administrator for Whitesboro/Pilot Point Home Health, Kimberly has been a part of the agency since 1994 when she joined her sister as co-owner of PPHH.  She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Columbia State University. Kimberly is happily married to Bill and has a beautiful daughter, Kylee.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, writing poetry and serving in her church.  When asked about her long career in home care, she said, “I am proud of the work we do keeping people in their homes, where they want to be.  It’s amazing to hear and see the gratitude from patients and families.  Our staff is like family, and I am so proud of the work they do!”

Patti Witt

Business Manager for both Whitesboro/Pilot Point and Marshall County Home Health, she has been on staff since the beginning.  Patti’s is the mother of Zachary, who is 16 and an avid golfer.  She is very proud of his accomplishments attends his golf tournaments as often as she can.  In her spare time, she enjoys shopping and movies. Patti states she is glad to be a part of the home health industry, adding, “Being a part of such a great agency, made up of such wonderful and caring nurses, aides and therapists, is a wonderful thing.  I am happy to do my part to help our patients.”

Krista Waitt, HCS-D

Krista Waitt, HCS-DServes on Administrative Staff and as Coding Supervisor for both the Whitesboro/Pilot Point and Marshall County offices, has worked for the agency for 15 of the last 17 years.  She is married to John and the proud mother of Braden (14) and Kysen (12), and has two grown stepsons, Michael and Johnny.  Teenage boys extracurricular activities such as baseball, football and soccer, keep her busy and she enjoys cheering for them both.  She also serves on the FBC Denison Women’s Ministry team and is a volunteer at the Pregnancy Care Center in Sherman, Texas.  Working in the home health field is described by Krista as, “All I have every known professionally.  I started working for Amy when I was 19 years old, and I truly enjoy being part of such a great team.  It is such a blessing to see the work our staff does to keep people at home where they want to be.”
